Terms of use
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Spotter, an app made by Webya Technologies ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy.
Who can use Spotter
You need to be at least 13, or older where your country requires it. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.
Community guidelines
- Be decent. No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam or impersonation. This is a place to encourage each other.
- Post only what you have the right to share. Don't post photos of other people without their permission.
- Zero tolerance. We don't tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Report posts, comments or people from their menu. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content and accounts that break these rules.
- Block anyone. Blocked people can't find you, see your posts or comment on them.
Your content
You own what you post. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people your privacy settings allow, only so we can run Spotter. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
Health and the AI coach
Spotter is a training and nutrition log, not medical advice. Calorie targets, food photo estimates and coach suggestions are estimates and can be wrong. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training or diet plan, especially if you're pregnant, injured or have a medical condition. Train within your limits.
Fair use
Don't try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or access other people's data. AI features have daily limits so they stay available for everyone.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which removes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
The service
We work to keep Spotter running and your data safe, but we provide the app as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
